While the vast majority of banks in the FDIC's and OCC's June lists of banks examined for CRA compliance received "satisfactory" ratings, Yakima Federal Savings and Loan Association in Washington and Fort Hood National Bank in Texas earned the dreaded "needs to improve" rating.
