Why the Debate Over Dodd-Frank Will Never End
It’s been five years since the Dodd-Frank Act was adopted and it still remains a lightning rod for debate between those who see the legislation as a landmark law that has stopped abuses and risky behavior on the part of big banks and those who see it as an overly-broad and hugely burdensome regulation that is crippling small financial institutions. It will likely remain in the spotlight as the Act has still not been fully implemented. [7/2/15]
