The Missouri bank received a consent order from the FRB for engaging in "deceptive practices" related to balance transfer credit cards issued by the bank through third parties. The bank will have to refund fees and, in some cases, refund the total qualifying payments and waive the remaining transferred balance. [10/27/17]
