CUNA, the American Bankers Association and the Independent Community Bankers Association have submitted a joint brief that states that the FTC's omnibus Telephone Consumer Protection Act order (that restricts communications between an institution and its account holders) is arbitrary and capricious. The brief asks the court to vacate the order. [12/3/15]
