To Appeal or Not to Appeal, That is the CFPB’s Question
Some believe it would be foolish for the CFPB to appeal the recent court decision that found aspect of its structure unconstitutional, because the opinion "saved the CFPB's bacon" by not declaring its entire structure unconstitutional.
