FDIC sued three banks for misrepresenting the quality of securities they sold in 2004 and 2005. The banks argued that the suit came too late. A judge in Austin, Texas agreed. The 5th Circuit Court revived the lawsuit in 2015. And now the U.S. Supreme Court has declined to review the decision handed down by the 5th Circuit Court. Bad news for these three banks. [3/30/16]
