Senate Debates the State of the Regulatory Pendulum with Yellen in the Middle
Senator Sherrod Brown of Ohio, the ranking Democrat on the Senate Banking Committee, got Janet Yellen, Fed Chair, to acknowledge that the financial system is more resilient than it was, businesses are able to get loans, banks are able to compete with foreign rivals, and consumers are better protected again predation.
