Phone Phishing

Your customer gets an email from a bad guy pretending to be a representative of your financial institution, entices the customer to download an app to get a low-interest loan or something, then calls the bank's legitimate number. But instead of going to the bank, the call is intercepted by the bad guy, and tricks the caller into handing over a lot of sensitive information. [2/28/19]
