One Loan in LMI Census Tracts = CRA Fail for Minnesota Bank
The FDIC released its list of CRA ratings for August 2019, which included one less-than-satisfactory outcome: PrinsBank in Minnesota received the dreaded "needs to improve" rating. Primary reason: poor geographic dispersion of loans in its assessment area, with no loans in low-income geographies and only one loan in a moderate-income geography. [8/7/19]
