Currently, customers who are unhappy with their bank's response to their complaint could launch a dispute. But there's been no way for a customer to express satisfaction with the bank's response. Under a new proposal by the CFPB, it would give customers the option of rating the bank's response on a scale of one to five. [8/2/16]
