Of 22 banks whose CRA ratings were made public by the OCC in April 2018, one received a less-than-satisfactory rating. Liberty Savings Bank (Wilmington, Ohio) received a needs to improve rating primarily for its "very poor" volume of lending inside its assessment areas.
