Rabobank, N.A. in California failed to establish an adequate anti-money laundering program, specifically with customer due diligence and enhanced due diligence. It also missed 472 SARs totaling $233 million in suspicious activity. To top it all, the bank was found to have been trying to hide info from the OCC.
