At Thursday's board meeting, NCUA staff said that work on merging the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund (NCUSIF) and the Temporary Corporate Credit Union Stabilization Fund (TCCUSF) is ongoing and complex. The merging of the two funds is still expected to proceed without problem, though no timeframe was mentioned. [4/21/17]
