HUD has proposed amending current regulations to clear up requirements for faith-based organizations to participate in federal HUD programs. The proposal includes changes such as defining terms in the regulation more accurately, as well as rules regarding political interference. The proposed ruling has been submitted to the Federal Register for the public to submit comments over a 60 day period. [8/5/15]
