A new Senate bill, called the Home Mortgage Disclosure Adjustment Act (S. 1310) was introduced earlier this week. The bill would raise the threshold for reporting requirements to 500 closed-end and 500-open end mortgages. Credit unions think it's a regulatory relief no-brainer. [6/16/17]
