The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) has finalized the December 2011 interim final rules (IFRs). These rules, which were previously adopted by several predecessor agencies, were altered and republished by the CFPB in December 2011. This final ruling adopts these IFRs as final. [4/29/16]
