A customer found what appeared to be an error on his credit report, raised the issue with the bank many times, but the bank did not respond. He sued the bank, and the case was tossed by a Florida federal court. The customer appealed, and the Elevent Circuit, in a cautionary tell to all banks, reversed the count. [12/20/19]
