DOJ Wants Its Own 10 Minutes of Court Time in CFPB Case
While the D.C. circuit court allows each side to take 30 minutes, in the case between PHH and the CFPB, the Department of Justice says its position does not fully align with either party, so it is asking for its own 10 minutes for the United States. The hearing is to be held May 24. [4/7/17]
