DOJ Flipping Sides in PHH v. CFBP
As expected, the newly reconfigured Department of Justice, which was once supporting the CFPB in the matter against PHH, is now switching sides in a hearing before the full D.C. Circuit Court. It still has its work cut out for it, in that the court consists of ten active judges, six of whom were appointed by Democratic presidents. Additional analysis of the case here. [3/9/17]
