D.C. Circuit Decision Could Impact CFPB’s Arbitration Rule
If the current CFPB director issues a final arbitration rule that has an effective date after the new CFPB director is put in place, could that new CFPB director delay the implementation date of the new rule indefinitely? Based on a ruling by the D.C. Circuit Court, the new CFPB director may find that the D.C. Circuit Court would like a say in the matter. [7/7/17]
