While some may consider it a victory on a technicality, it was a victory nonetheless. A Virginia credit union had a lawsuit filed against it for non-compliance with ADA rules, the judge dismissed the case on the grounds that the plaintiff wasn't eligible to join the credit union. That said, it is still probably cheaper to avoid such a lawsuit in the first place with an ADA-compliant website. [1/30/18]
