FinCEN has announced that the Currency Transaction Report system is changing this August. Among the changes will be renaming item 2d in Part I from "courier service (private)" to "common carrier," adding a checkbox to item 24 to reflect "shared branching," and several changes in Part III. In addition, there is a new section to collect data about your institution, so that's nice. [5/31/17]
